There are many ways to color that cupcake, donut or muffin other thank reaching for the processed colors found on the shelf. Try some of these for color added to a Coconut Cream Frosting (basically blended coconut pieces and water blended to a cream).
Any color fruit : blueberry, raspberry , strawberry, blackberry and check your whole food market for powders like beet, turmeric or spiraling. You can also find bottled food colors that are free of additives. Your body will thank you and your kids will feel better. So go ahead have some fun creating.
