ROASTED VEGGIE SALAD .. AGAIN.!!!

I just cannot stop.  It is so easy.  Throw some greens on a plate.  Wish up a bit of balsamic , drop of honey, squirt of mustard for your dressing .    Spread your cut up squash on a roasting pan.  Toss sparingly with olive oil and salt.  Roast at 450 for 20 min.   At 10 minutes add another pan with green beans and Broccoli for the last 10-15 min , until your darkness liking.   Toss your lettuce with your favorite nuts or seeds or both and the dressing.  Top with some crumbled feta or goat .   Then throw the roasted veggies on top.   You can also buy some great balsamic glaze and top with that too.   Delish!!!!!!!!!
