Here is an easy nutrient rich recipe to add to your list . These are simple items you can keep in your pantry and pull when needed.
- sweet potato
- hummus
- 1 can of black beans
- kale or spinach
Prick that potato and put in micro for 7-10 minutes . Meanwhile wash and saute a handful of spinach or kale along with the drained can of beans and heat till warm 2-3 minutes. Slightly water down your hummus till you can drizzle over the top. Full of color and nutrients.
